Coffee, Cocoa & Caramelised Chipotle Spiced Rum

Coffee and cocoa are likely flavours you've seen in rum before – but caramelised chipotle? Now this is something new! Wooden Moose has combined all three in this spiced rum, with aged Caribbean rum rested over dark roast coffee, organic cocoa nibs and its very own Chipotle caramel. The folks behind it describe it like a smoky, spicy tiramisu in a glass – we're thinking it could make a great start for a rum Old Fashioned!
