Wooden Moose Caramelised Black Cherry Rum
The newest addition to the Wooden Moose line-up, this one takes Caribbean rum (mainly from Guyana) and adds a big helping of black cherry to make a sweet and sour spirit that should work in a number of cocktails.

As you can imagine, cherry is the star of the show. There's also caramel, vanilla, and a little baking spice as well as hints of marizpan.
