A classic white agricole – except that William Hinton hails from Madeira, not the French Caribbean islands most associated with this style of rum. That makes this tasty treat somewhat unusual - and even better, it works well in classic cocktails, adding an earthy kick to the likes of a Punch or Daiquiri.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Floral and fresh on the nose, along with those grassy, earthy classic agri notes. Almond and lemon notes come through on the palate – and this is a super smooth rum, bottled at 40% abv instead of the 50%-or-so of most agricoles.
