Trash & Treasure Rum
The team behind Warner's Gin has put aside the juniper for a moment and tried its hand at spiced rum! Trash & Treasure Spiced Botanical Rum is made with sustainability in mind, featuring a some botanicals that would have otherwise gone to waste, including dandelion roots, overripe bananas, and discarded citrus peels (among others)! Built upon a base of Jamaican rum, botanicals are added to the spirit both before and post-distillation, making for an intensely flavoursome expression.

Grapefruit, orange, peppercorn, cinnamon, intriguing earthy notes developing later on, fried banana.
