Trash & Treasure Spiced Botanical Rum is made with sustainability in mind, featuring a some botanicals that would have otherwise gone to waste, including dandelion roots, overripe bananas, and discarded citrus peels (among others)! Built upon a base of Jamaican rum, botanicals are added to the spirit both before and post-distillation, making for an intensely flavoursome expression.
