Description

A proudly grain-to-glass British rum from Hampshire’s V Rum, created by husband-and-wife duo Carl and Nicole Churchill. Produced with a focus on provenance and sustainability, from UK-refined molasses to renewable-powered distillation, this dark rum balances eco-conscious production with proper flavour-forward character. It’s a modern British rum with old-school comfort at its core.

Overall

Thick waves of dark caramel and molasses lead into raisin, clove, toasted nuts, and soft oak spice, with hints of treacle tart and cocoa.
