A fab English white rum here from Two Drifters in Devon, made by fermenting 100% molasses and distilling the spirit twice in pot stills. The distillery was created with sustainability and environmentally friendly practices in mind, and the result is a carbon negative rum suitable for all sorts of cocktails and mixed drinks! Excellent all around!

Banana fritters, soft peppery warmth, fresh apple, honey and a touch of lime zest.

An impressive British rum distillery

Had this blind on a rum tasting event. Found out at the end it was Two Drifters. Everyone was seriously impressed.
