Description

A Belizian rum from Ruta Mayo, combining a blend of spirit that spent between three and five years resting in Kentucky bourbon casks. With delicate notes of charred oak and butterscotch, and elegant fruity sweetness, it'll do well in all sorts of classic cocktails.

Overall

Toasty notes of oak char are joined by butterscotch and vanilla, a touch of peppercorn warmth, and sweet cooked fruit.
