A 40% ABV bottling of The Real McCoy 3 Year Old rum, produced at the revered Foursquare distillery in Barbados. Matured in heavily charred American oak barrels, and charcoal filtered for a lighter colour, this one makes a mean Daiquiri.
Toasted coconut and buttery oak, hints of almond, sweet citrus zest, and silky caramel.
