Made at Foursquare Distillery in Barbados, The Real McCoy Rum follows traditional methods. They don't add sugars or additives. Richard Seale, a fourth-generation rum-maker, guides production. They use column and pot stills. This gives the rum complex flavours and depth.

The rum ages in charred American oak bourbon barrels. This makes The Real McCoy smooth and rich. Barbados' tropical climate speeds up ageing. This gives a sophisticated taste usually found in longer-aged spirits.

The rum comes in different ages. The 3-year-old is crisp and ideal for cocktails. The 5-year-old has caramel and spice notes. The 12-year-old is premium, smooth, and well-balanced. It has vanilla, toasted nut, and oak hints.
