An intriguing white rum from England's capital city, produced by the excellent team on Druid Street. In fact, you can even see The London Distillery Company's Druid Street home on the label. It's a pretty sweet spot, we're sure you'll agree.
Batch 1 is a release of 139 bottles.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Tangy white fruit (think peach and pear), followed a hint of fried dough dusted with cinnamon and powdered sugar.
Palate
Ginger and menthol, with continued fruity esters developing. Brazil nut and lemon peel later on.
Finish
Green apple, brown sugar and a touch of buttered toast.
