This is the first batch of rum From The London Distillery Company to be bottled by That Boutique-y Rum Company! An intriguing white rum from England's capital city, produced by the excellent team on Druid Street. In fact, you can even see The London Distillery Company's Druid Street home on the label. It's a pretty sweet spot, we're sure you'll agree.
Batch 1 is a release of 139 bottles.
Tangy white fruit (think peach and pear), followed a hint of fried dough dusted with cinnamon and powdered sugar.
Ginger and menthol, with continued fruity esters developing. Brazil nut and lemon peel later on.
Green apple, brown sugar and a touch of buttered toast.
