Description
Superb rum from Trinidad Distillers Limited, independently released as part of The Wild Parrot series. Distilled in 2002 and matured in a single cask until 2022, it was bottled up at a bold 59.1% ABV with label artwork by Italian artist Giulia Ronchetti.

Dense cooking spices, warming nutmeg, and treacly caramel lead to layers of tropical fruit loaf and bitter cocoa, with herbaceous zest beneath.
