A white rum from the Seychelles-based Takamaka rum range. Crisp and subtly sweet, this'll make the perfect base for cocktails and mixed drinks...

Nose

Peaches in syrup, sugary Nice Biscuits and plump sultanas dusted with cinnamon. A funky hint of sugarcane appears after a minute or so in the glass.

Palate

Clean and soft as it opens, with hints of red grape and lemongrass. Slowly develops an elegant spiciness.

Finish

Milky tea, peppercorn and blueberry muffin.
