Produced in Benburb, Northern Ireland, Symphonia Irish Apple Rum is a marriage between science and nature. Created by The Woodlab Distillery, founder Ric Dyer uses his background in organic chemistry to produce handcrafted Irish spirits that speak of the Irish countryside. This expression is no exception. White rum from the Caribbean is infused with local Jonagold apples grown on the border of County Armagh and Tyrone to make this unique spirits. Serve neat or with lemonade and a garnish of pink grapefruit.

Was lucky to find this excellent product at the ploughing championships in Ireland this month. What a result it’s a beautiful and slow drink. Munched loved by family and friends. Looking forward to the next season.
Quite surprised in a pleasant way, this rum is certainly for drinking neat or on the rocks. not for mixing. i loved it.
What a surprise! On first opening a waft of nutmeg and cloves wrapped in apple crumble. Great on ice as a winter warmer but it really comes to life with a splash of lemonade and pink grapefruit which complement the apple caramel notes. I also had this with warm apple juice garnished with a cinnamon stick - oh my goodness!
Was very disappointed in this rum, maybe ok in a cocktail but honestly smells and tastes like a cologne from the 80’s your granny bought you for Christmas
What a Rum its like nothing I have ever tasted I would highly recommend this product cant wait to see it in stores.... its fantastic with 7up or sprite and a pink grape fruit.... or even just on the rocks......... Great Job Symphonia must visit the distillery when I am in NI
