Description
Produced in Benburb, Northern Ireland, Symphonia Irish Apple Rum is a marriage between science and nature. Created by The Woodlab Distillery, founder Ric Dyer uses his background in organic chemistry to produce handcrafted Irish spirits that speak of the Irish countryside. This expression is no exception. White rum from the Caribbean is infused with local Jonagold apples grown on the border of County Armagh and Tyrone to make this unique spirits. Serve neat or with lemonade and a garnish of pink grapefruit.
