Not only does this mean you can make a delicious rum-based cocktail with Scottish spirit at its heart, it also means that Strathearn now has another string to its bow when it comes to interesting casks for whisky maturation. Not as smooth as some but overall highly enjoyable tipple. Don’t just buy it to be patriotic, get it to enjoy it!

One of the nicest Rums I have ever drank. Neat over ice or in a pina colada!! Its a must for every drinks cabinet.
I was lucky enough to try this spirit just as it was released and absolutely loved it! I tried it again today and it has totally changed, now very harsh and unpleasant to drink. I also was disappointed to find out that it is being sold as a golden rum even though it has spent no time in a cask!
