Nose

Soft spices and Demerara sugar, a little butterscotch, allspice and pepper.

Palate

Butterscotch and toffee apples. Rich and creamy. Nicely balanced.

Finish

Oaky, woody, spicy finish.

Overall

Nicely balanced. Good value for money.

So Glad i can buy in the UK

I enjoyed drinking this in St Vincent, its a lovely smooth tasting rum that goes well with most mixers, even happier I can now buy it here in the UK.

Would love to see on shelves in Canada

I really enjoyed this Sparrows Rum when my love brought a bottle back to Canada to me after his visit at home in Georgetown SVG. I wish it were available in Canada or by mail to Canada I would certainly be purchasing this above all others.
