Feast your eyes on our very own exclusive bottling of single cask rum from the Chairman's Reserve range! This one is a pot still rum distilled back in 2011 by St. Lucia Distillers in its Vendôme still (said to produce some incredibly intriguing expressions) using sugar cane juice, and allowed to age for nine years in a single ex-bourbon cask, before eventually being bottled up at cask strength. The Chairman's Reserve selection is home to a host of fabulous expressions, and we're extremely excited to have our own Chairman's Reserve single cask bottling with our name on it!
Enjoyably savoury with hints of aromatic sandalwood and fresh kitchen herbs, with juxtaposing sweetness of blackberry and marmalade. Earthy oak lingers, plus a touch of gingerbread.
