A blend of St Aubin pot still rhum agricole aged 3 to 7 years in American and French oak.
Very chocolatey as it opens - almost a bit of Ovaltine to it. Underneath there are hints of plum and rubber.
Chocolate ice-cream, waxy orange, papaya, nutmeg and coffee.
Soft Christmas spice notes stick around on the finish.
