Description
The St. Aubin Distillery in Mauritius brings a taste of Italy to its vibrant sugar cane juice rum! This pot-distilled rum matured for six years in French oak, followed by a year finishing in amarone wine casks. The rich, dry Italian red brings layers of ripe berries, roasted nuts, and complex spice.

Earthen vanilla and candied nuts support layers of dried berries and vinous fruit, with drying oak and soft spices in tow.
