The St. Aubin Distillery in Mauritius brings a taste of Italy to its vibrant sugar cane juice rum! This pot-distilled rum matured for six years in French oak, followed by a year finishing in amarone wine casks. The rich, dry Italian red brings layers of ripe berries, roasted nuts, and complex spice.
