Glorious Revolution Rum
Made with cane molasses from Africa and the Americas, Alan and Amanda Collins distil their rum in their artisanal alembic (with lentil) near Newmarket after a fourteen day fermentation. Launched at RumFest 2014, this is a flavourful English pot still rum!
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Creamy with sugarcane sweetness balanced by a green, funky edge.
Palate
Grassy, tropical fruit, lime, molasses, pink peppercorns. Great body.
Finish
Spicy crème caramel.
