Six Saints Caribbean Rum Sauternes Cask Finish
Another splendid Grenadian rum from Six Saints, column distilled and matured in bourbon barrels in the tropical climes of its home isle, before being treated to a finish in a Sauternes wine cask. The sweet wine influence works a treat, imparting layers of sticky stewed stone fruits and honey to the silky, delicately oaken rum at its core.

Caramel, toasted oak, and vanilla are joined by honey-soaked prunes, stewed plums, and plump sultanas, with woody spice nestling beneath.
