Rum finished in a porter cask, you don't see that every day! That's exactly what you're looking at here though, in this experimental offering from Six Saints. Column distilled in Grenada, the rum is matured in bourbon barrels in the tropical climes of its home isle, before being treated to a finish in the dark beer casks. Notes of chocolate and malt certainly bring a warming, comforting touch to the tropical rum.
