Produced at the Shakespeare Distillery, Jester Spiced Rum is made using British molasses, which goes through a seven day fermentation process before being distilled twice. After that, it's distilled once again, but this time it has a selection of botanicals in the mix – some of them spiced rum classics, some of them inspired by the Tudor period.
Clove, caraway, honeycomb, juicy apple, layers of vanilla and orange.

Bought this for my daughter's partner for Christmas.Unfortunately they both say it has no hint of rum and was more like whisky.Very disappointed.
My Dad gave me this as a gift and I didn't like it at first. Then I read the bottle and it said it was good with ginger ale. Now I can't drink ginger ale without it!!
I was given a bottle of this as a present last week. Really wanted to like it as they are a local UK distillery. Unfortunately the overpowering taste of cloves on the palate made it just too spicy to enjoy. It didn’t really taste like a rum to me.
