Scratch Botanical Rum
A wonderfully crafty bit of work from the team at Scratch! This rum, distilled in Hertfordshire, is infused with an array of foraged British botanicals, collected seasonally. With experimental use of maceration and vapour distillation, Scratch has managed to achieve notes of tropical flavour in a bright, botanical style which is more commonly seen in gin – ideal if you fancy adding some variety to your tonic!

Sweet vanilla with a waft of caramel, followed by bright, zesty citrus – pink grapefruit, hints of banana and sweet, creamy coconut.
