Wine Cask
A rare rum find from the folks at Keeble Cask Company, this agricole-style rhum hails from the Savanna distillery on the Reunion Island. Distilled in 2013, the rum matured for 10 years in a single red wine barrel, yielding a total of 288 bottles for the Fragrant Drops collection.
This is perhaps one of the best rums I have come across in my short (2 year) journey into rum and in my opinion is superior to many rums I've tried costing twice as much. Finishing this in a wine cask is the icing on the cake.
