All the way from Martinique comes the Saint James VSOP rhum agricole, made with sugar cane juice and matured in oak to help develop its flavour profile. It maintains the bright, funky, grassy notes that rhum agricole is known for, while introducing mellowing elements of caramel, cinnamon, and honey, meaning this can be sipped neat as well as splashed into cocktails and mixed drinks.
