A very rich quality in taste.. This producer has other varieties which the alcohol percentage is higher than 45%. But unfortunately we cannot find in UK.
Basically a perfect budget agricole rum, and it makes a divine ti punch. I can only assume the few negative reviews are from people who don't know what an agricole rum is. So why is it 'discontinued'?
People. This is the absolute standard for ti-punch. Extraordinary fresh sugarcane green, floral nose. It begs for half a lime, dunked in after pressing and simple sirup or simply stirred cassonade. On ice. People.
A wonderful example of the Agricole RHUM of Martinique, not to be confused with other types of rum made from molasses
Perhaps an acquired taste, to see recent reviews here. A superb white rhum agricole. Clean, wonderful nose and typical sugarcane flavor. Not as pungent as a Jamaican white, as it is made directly from cane. Highly recommended.
