From Rum North comes Barrica Nova, an aged rhum agricole produced in Madiera. 'Barrica nova' translates to 'new barrel', and the rum has been aged in new French oak casks for three months before bottling. This particular expression was even made with cocktails in mind, so get your shaker out and start experimenting!
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Fresh and grassy sugar cane sweetness, with earthy vanilla pod, a hint of white pepper spice and salted caramel lingering on the finish.
