The Rum Explorer range offers us a chance to taste rums from across the globe – as you'd expect from an indie bottling range named "Rum Explorer". This one here was produced in Thailand, and was matured for five years, including a stint in casks that previously held Cognac. Intriguing stuff, wonderful for sipping neat or including in cocktails and mixed drinks.
