From the Rosemullion Distillery down in Cornwall comes a Spiced Rum! It's pot distilled before it's then aged and spiced. The final aromatic spirit is then bottled at 40% ABV in this very handsome decanter. This rum carries enough sweetness and spice to make it the perfect match in a Tiki Sazerac. This spiced rum has won numerous awards including gold medals at The Spirits Business Rum & Cachaça Masters, and the 2022 SIP consumer-judged spirit awards!
Loads of aromatic spices straight off, with cinnamon, ginger and clove, with earthy, oaky vanilla and dark treacle sweetness.
Really nice spiced rum, not too sweet, still tastes like rum. Works well its own, or with a mixer. Very impressed with this British rum.
A well balanced spiced rum, not too much sugar or vanilla that allows the other flavours to appear which provides an excellent rum that can be drunk neat over ice.
