Crafted in Cornwall, Rosemullion’s Chocolate Rum is a 100% single pot distilled Cornish rum, flavoured with a chocolate, raspberry and mango. Established in 2018, the team ferments all of its own base alcohols using Cornish rainwater and molasses. All of its rums are then distilled using a hand-built copper still. This a decent rum but there are better in this price range. You get a hit of chocolate as soon as you open the bottle. It’s a bit harsh on the tongue to begin with but then it fades into a lovely chocolate aftertaste. I tried this neat to start with but it tastes even better in coffee.
Very nice drink! The flavour just builds You get the fruit to start, a little heat and then a really subtle hint of chocolate.
