Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Pepper spices rise from a fairly sweet initial nose of fresh, sugary toffee.

Palate: Black pepper on the palate balanced by a cooling layer of toffee.

Finish: Ground black pepper linger on the finish.

Overall: A classic young rum, full of lively, spicy notes.

Sweet and smooth

Sweet authentic Cuban rum. I first sampled in a holiday resort in Varadero, so much smoother than expected. Still love it 11 years on
