Cherry, salted caramel, and rum. Yeah, this all sounds pretty good, doesn't it? The folks at Rockstar Spirits have created another delicious treat for its Two Swallows range featuring rum from Guyana's Diamond Distillery infused with maraschino cherries, black cherries, caramel and a pinch of rock salt. Combine this with cola and you'll be on to a winner.
Packed with honey and caramel, fruity esters drifting up through the richness. Just a touch of savoury salt notes arrive later on, balanced by juicy cherry and fresh banana.
It basically turns out to be a hot cinnamon spirit. You can't easily tell that it is rum. Disappointing, especially considering how good the pineapple grenade is!
Very strange taste
This sounded nice cherry, caramel but all I can taste is some kind of spice ? Nutmeg or ginger, in an after tase is over powering anything else
Very easy drinking, lovely cherry flavour with a cinnamon spice kick. Great on ice ? on a warm evening. Will definitely be ordering again?
Gorgeously sweet and still rummy.... Not an expert by a long chalk, but I thought it smelled like cheesecake and made an unbelievable fudge. Totally recommended but be careful, perfect for coke and goes down like pop. ???
