“I’ve drunk quite a few really good/expensive brands of rum and whiskey I tried Red Leg yesterday (no ice or mixer; straight from the bottle) and was blown away with the taste and smell. It smells of intense vanilla (lovely) and whilst you can taste the alcohol, it is not so overpowering that it ruins the taste, which is beautifully sweet and spicy. If from time to time you fancy a drink that’s a little easier on the palate, then this is the ideal bottle to have in your home bar. Definitely recommend; I’ll be buying my own bottle very soon! ”

Description
RedLeg is a superb spiced rum made with Caribbean spirit which was aged in old oak whilst being infused with Jamaican vanilla and ginger. Just superb and very good on a crisp Winter's evening!
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Custard apples and cinnamon. Lovely, inviting ginger notes. Very spicy.
Palate
Good level of sweetness with gingerbread and hints of black pepper. Sweet, creamy vanilla.
Finish
Long, spiced finish. Stem ginger in syrup.
