Description

Co-founder Tom left the army in pursuit of the perfect spiced rum, and so Pull the Pin was born! To create it, a range of spices is infused as well as butterscotch, making for a warming, sweet and spicy spirit. Before it's bottled the rum is rested in oak, mellowing the spirit and adding some mature, woody notes. To get the most out of it, try sipping it over ice with a ribbon of orange peel and crystallised ginger.

We reckon Pull the Pin Spiced is one of our Best Rums under £40!

Great item for the money. And made a fantastic gift. ????????

Master of Malt Customer Apr 5, 2023

Get past the spices and its nothing special

Wow! What an unusual bottle! Great marketing ploy. When first tasted the spices came through quite strongly. Particularly cinnamon and possibly a bit of cardamom. However as I worked through the bottle I finally concluded that the spicing of the rum was quite mild. Once I concluded that I felt the rum was OK but nothing special.

Worth repeating

Very smooth, notes of caramel and nutmeg. Not too sweet. I really enjoyed this. Will repeat

Delicious

Tried this in the pub in Devon. Really warm and spicy, has a subtle festive taste. Really enjoyable will be buying a bottle!
