Co-founder Tom left the army in pursuit of the perfect spiced rum, and so Pull the Pin was born! To create it, a range of spices is infused as well as butterscotch, making for a warming, sweet and spicy spirit. Before it's bottled the rum is rested in oak, mellowing the spirit and adding some mature, woody notes. To get the most out of it, try sipping it over ice with a ribbon of orange peel and crystallised ginger.

Wow! What an unusual bottle! Great marketing ploy. When first tasted the spices came through quite strongly. Particularly cinnamon and possibly a bit of cardamom. However as I worked through the bottle I finally concluded that the spicing of the rum was quite mild. Once I concluded that I felt the rum was OK but nothing special.
Fantastic Rum would definitely buy again.
