The second release from the Providence range, produced at the Port-au-Prince Distillery in Haiti. This rum has been named Dunder & Syrup, having been made from sugar cane syrup as well as dunder from previous distillations. Absolutely massive flavour profile on this one – well worth a look for any rum fans searching for something a bit different.
