Porthilly Spirit Pure Golden Rum
Rum made in Cornwall at Porthilly Spirit distillery. Its Pure Golden Rum is made in small batches from sugarcane molasses, and distilled in 200 litre capacity copper stills. It's blended with Cornish spring water and allowed to rest for a short time, retaining the vibrant character of the sugarcane spirit. We can see many a delicious Daiquiri being had with this one.

Soft brown sugar and vanilla, with some toasted coconut, and poached pears.
