Plantation Barbados 2007 Bottling Note
The aficionados at Plantation know a good rum when they find one, and sometimes, they find a really, really good one. This limited edition expression from Barbados joins Plantation's Extrême range of exquisite, rare bottlings from revered distilleries. A combination of pot and column still rums, distilled in 2007 at the West Indies Rum Distillery, were treated to 14 years of maturation, beginning in bourbon casks, before finishing off in Cognac casks. Bottled up at a robust 58% ABV, this is one for all the extrême rum connoisseurs out there.

Secret Distillery #7 TBRC
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
An abundance of flavour, with baked apricots and orchard fruits, drizzled with floral honey developing into zesty citrus and estery tropical fruits. A prickle of clove and earthen leather rest comfortably beneath caramelised nuts and sweet, almost vinous berries, whilst banana, and buttery oak linger.
