Smashing stuff from Plantation, it's a limited edition rum from the Pacific Fiji Islands! Pot distilled in 2009 from local sugarcane, the rum was filled into ex-bourbon casks where it remained for 13 years. Ten years into maturation, the casks set sail from the warm climes of Fiji, to spend their final three years in the Plantation cellars in France before the rum was bottled in 2022. With heaps of zesty tropical fruits and hearty spice, it's a stunning expression.

Tropical fruit salad and warm apple pastries lead, with toasted nuts, caramel, and tangy marmalade. Warming spice builds towards the finish, with herbaceous, vegetal zest bubbling beneath.
