A spiced rum from the Pembrokeshire Distillery, Wreckers Welsh Rum blends together a Pembrokeshire craft rum with dark Caribbean rum and local Welsh spring water. This really is small batch, with only 30 bottles of rum produced at a time! Great with ginger ale to bring those spicy notes to the fore.
Smooth caramel, a touch of vanilla, pineapple and a scattering of baking spice, with a crack of black pepper.
Well i can say for sure its smoothness caught me off guard. I always mix my spirits so very surprised how easy it is to sip naked. Lightly spiced i find it easy on the palate and it is gteat with ginger beer,lemonade,ginger ale and also goes beautifully with honey.
Fantastic Rum that really delivers the vision of their product and branding straight into your glass. Wonderfully lightly spiced notes that develop on the pallet. Really great example of a craft rum.
