What a stunning little find from Outlier Distillery on the Isle of Man… At 64% this gem is bold but almost eerily smooth which leaves one thinking, how the F is that possible?
This is a really good rum. Having tasted many overproof rums in the past this is very smooth, there is not the harshness you get from others on the market. Works really well in cocktails but can be sipped neat. I've bought this for several family members as presents this year already!
Excellent overproof. Loads of flavour with the whisky cask really adding to the molasses.
Really nice white rum. Great for mixing and packs a nice punch.
