A marvellous white rum from the Isle of Man! According to the folks at Outlier Distilling, "Hoolie" is a Manx word meaning "bloody windy"! We've heard there is a fair bit of weather to deal with up there, but it didn't stop the team from lighting up their wood-fired still to produce this splendid molasses-based rum. Charcoal filtered, it's an ideal choice for an array of classic cocktails.
