North Star Spirits has teamed up with The Cuban Brothers to create El Miguelito Rum. It's a blend of rum from Cuba and Jamaica (specifically Jamaica's Monymusk Distillery), resulting in a chocolatey, fruit-forward flavour profile. A release of 1,000 bottles.
Mocha, fresh apple, nutmeg, fruity esters, ripe banana, toasted oak and cinnamon.

Dismiss that rubbish comment below. This is a delicious rum, made in a sipping style with a beautiful vein of rich chocolate on the palate. Had in a pretty decent line up (8 rums from top marques) and it was not shamed in any way. Perfect use of your money if you understand what decent rum is all about...
