Scotland's Ninefold Distillery makes its rum from scratch using sugar cane molasses. This is the third release in its Experimental Cask series and the rum is made from redistilled feints, which where then aged for three years in a Woodford Reserve bourbon barrel. The aged rum was bottled without chill filtration, added sugar, or colour. A limited outturn of 200 bottles.
