After resting in a combination of American whiskey, bourbon and Cognac casks, it's then blended and bottled at 43% ABV. We've heard it's rather nice paired with a large coconut ice cube if you've got one handy.

Drank this while listening to a steel band ,at Surfside Holetown. The band was wonderful , the setting beautiful and the Rum sensational. I think it's the best rum you'll ever try.
Excellent with or without an ice cube. Do not spoil it with any mixer

Very nice rum this from the mount although definitely need to give it some time to breathe as the alcohol vapours can catch you initially, maybe a drop of water or cube if it's your preference
