A Colorado rum here from Montanya, distilled from locally grown sugarcane! Though it's colourless, this Platino expression has actually been aged for one year in American White Oak barrels that previously held Laws Colorado Whiskey and Montanya Oro rum. A smidge of Colorado honey is added before bottling (literally around 0.04% per bottle), and the rum is passed through a coconut husk carbon filter to remove the colour.
