In 2016, a rum distillery opened right in the heart of Manchester. Named 'Manchester Still', the distillery is all about merging local pride with precise, scientific methodology. What began as a small-batch home brew created by a professor, a doctor and a PhD student, has now developed into a popular, quite lovely, white Rum.
Finally answering the prayers of all those Manchester-based pirates, Faraday's Proof is now available in a gorgeous, striking 70cl bottle - sporting the famous Manchester worker bee on the front.
