A superb sugarcane-based, Agricole style rum from London to Lima! Produced with freshly pressed Peruvian cane, harvested from along Peru's Pacific coast, which is then double copper pot distilled, and brought down to bottling strength with Andean glacial water, which is apparently sourced in a Land Rover! They do enjoy a road trip that's for sure. It's been scooping up awards, and certainly ought to impress all the rum aficionados out there.
Fresh pressed berries and cherry notes, with vegetal cane and herbaceous sugar, crisp green apple lingers with prickles of pepper poking through from the depths.
